Play Credits
Fictional units used to record game play levels and outcomes. They have no monetary value and cannot be bought, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed.
Guest pass
A temporary visit with access to three designated games and a shared temporary balance. The visit lasts up to two hours and is not a saved account.
Reel
A column of symbols in a reel-based game. Different titles can use different numbers of reels and different matching rules.
Payline
A specified path through reel positions that a game may use to evaluate a match. The applicable paths and match rules are described inside that game.
Wild
A special symbol that may substitute for ordinary symbols under the individual game's rules. Restrictions vary by game.
Scatter
A special symbol often associated with a feature trigger rather than an ordinary payline. Its exact role and required count depend on the game.
Multiplier
A value that scales an eligible award according to the game's rules. It does not imply a cash payout or a guaranteed result.
Free-spin feature
An additional sequence within a game, triggered under that game's rules. It is separate from the fact that all play on this site is free.
Pending bonus
A round waiting for a player action, such as choosing a doorway. Complete it before beginning another round.
Play level
The listed amount of fictional credits selected for a round. The game will reject a value that is not on its allowed list.
Volatility
A broad description of variation in a game's outcome design. It is not a prediction, guarantee or strategy for a short session.
Preview
A labelled demonstration of a game's visual presentation. It does not create a live round or change a balance.
Favourite
A game saved with its heart control. Guest bookmarks use this browser; signed-in favourites belong to the account.
Session reminder
A time-based prompt that pauses game controls and asks you to decide whether to continue. It is not a target duration.
Account break
A chosen period during which a particular account cannot sign in or play. Its scope does not include identifying someone across anonymous browsers.
Safe retry
Recovering the same round request using its identifier so an interrupted response does not charge for the same round twice.
